Mission
The American-Lao Business Association (AmLaoBA) is dedicated to fostering the growth and investment of U.S. businesses in the Lao P.D.R. By facilitating economic opportunities, the association contributes to the sustainable development of local communities and the nation as a whole.
Objectives
AmLaoBA is committed to the following goals:
• Advocating for the interests of American businesses in Laos.
• Promoting and supporting new U.S. investments in Laos.
• Creating networking and business opportunities for U.S. organizations to connect with companies in Laos and across the region.
• Collaborating with key partners, including the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and the Lao Government, to advocate for and enhance U.S. investment.
• Partnering with the U.S. Embassy to align with American policies and initiatives in Laos.
• Contributing to the well-being of the Lao community through impactful initiatives.
Guiding Principles
At AmLaoBA, we believe that ethical business practices are integral to successful enterprises. American businesses are seen as catalysts for positive societal change, championing human welfare and free enterprise. We are proud to promote the high ethical standards that American companies uphold and encourage our members to share their contributions to corporate citizenship within the communities they serve.
