AMOS

AMOS has been designing and manufacturing high-precision optical and mechanical equipment for 40 years. Its main products are telescopes for professional astronomy, ground-based or space-based optical systems, spacecraft test facilities and high-precision mechanical equipment. AMOS is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of telescopes from 2 to 4 m in diameter, and the European leader for space optics.
Today, AMOS employs over 100 highly qualified engineers, technicians and workers. Thanks to its expertise and ability to design as well as manufacture in-house, AMOS remains one of the rare Belgian integrators capable of managing, in-house or with local subcontractors, a project from A to Z, with technologies as different as mechanics, optics, thermal or electronics.
To date, AMOS has contributed to more than 40 space missions.
