At Amoskeag Health, formerly known as Manchester Community Health Center, we continuously resolve to extend our work far beyond the exam room by breaking down barriers to health care that are often faced by low-income families. We provide access to quality care for everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We strive to serve Greater Manchester with high-quality primary care, behavioral health, chronic disease management and case management services to meet the needs of our patients.
