About Association of Milk Producers of Ukraine
Association of Milk Producers of Ukraine (AMP) is a non-profit non-governmental organization that has been uniting and supporting Ukrainian dairy farms since 2009. Founded by 10 leading dairy enterprises, AMP has grown to represent over 150 member farms ranging in size from 70 to more than 3,000 cows, collectively producing around 40% of Ukraine's industrial milk.
As a leading voice for the dairy sector, AMP advocates for the interests of industrial dairy farms at the national level and promotes the adoption of advanced production standards. Our mission is to drive the development of the Ukrainian dairy industry through knowledge sharing, technology transfer, promotion of dairy careers, and increased consumption of dairy products.
We collaborate with international partners and funds, and represent Ukraine's dairy industry in Europe through Copa-Cogeca as part of the Ukrainian National Agrarian Forum (UNAF).
AMP membership is open to all committed dairy farmers in Ukraine. Our services include expert consultancy, staff training, benchmarking, legal advisory support, and dissemination of industry analytics. We assist farms in implementing best practices to boost profitability, address sector-wide challenges—especially in the context of European integration—and protect members' interests. AMP also organizes flagship industry events such as National Dairy Farm Days and the International Dairy Congress.
