Overview

About Advanced Monitoring Services

Founded in 2006, Advanced Monitoring Services (AMS) is a trusted partner in delivering comprehensive neurodiagnostic care — from the operating room to the patient’s home.

We provide both Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) and EEG services, including Ambulatory EEG (AEEG), which allows patients to complete testing comfortably in their own homes. Our experienced technologists, interpreting physicians, and support teamwork hand-in-hand with surgeons, neurologists, and hospitals to deliver reliable, high-quality data that informs patient care.

At AMS, our mission is simple yet vital: to safeguard and improve neurological health. In the operating room, our neuromonitoring specialists and state-of-the-art equipment provide real-time feedback to the surgical team, helping protect the spinal cord and neural pathways during complex procedures. Outside the hospital, our AEEG and EEG services provide critical insights into brain function, supporting the diagnosis and management of a wide range of neurological conditions.

We are proud to serve as an extension of our partners’ teams, delivering consistent communication, trusted results, and the highest level of care to every patient. Whether we’re supporting surgeons in the OR or patients in their living rooms, AMS remains committed to one purpose: protecting and improving lives through excellence in neurodiagnostics.
