Anahat is the official Indian representative for The Myers Briggs Company offering a range of psychometric instruments like the Myers Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI®, the FIRO-B®, and the CPI260™. Anahat is Saville Consulting's India distributor, providing Saville Wave and Saville Aptitude assessments. In addition to certification programmes on these instruments, Anahat offers coaching, OD interventions and training in the areas of leadership, collaboration and change management.

Anahat is the representative in India for The Myers Briggs Company's range of psychometric instruments. We are certified on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator-MBTI®, the FIRO-B®, the TKI™ and the CPI260™. We offer certification programmes for these instruments, which are attended by individuals from some of India's leading companies and have certified nearly a thousand individuals on the use of these instruments.
In ten years of actively working with these products the Directors, Janaki and Mahesh have accumulated vast experience of using them in a variety of settings, in team building, leadership development, executive coaching and institution building.
Saville Consulting
From 2011 onwards, Anahat is Saville Consulting's India representative, distributing the popular Saville Wave atand Aptitude instruments, as well as providing training and resources for these instruments.
Through this partnership, Anahat offers a wide range of world class assessment and development tools across all processes in the Talent Management cycle – Requirement Planning, Recruitment, Development, Potential Assessment and Performance Management.
