Health and Safety is an essential part of modern day working practice and it is all too easy to underestimate its importance. With new rules and regulations being introduced or updated it can be difficult for anyone to keep on top of all the legal requirements, in particular the duties now placed on Site managers, Principal Designers and the Client. That’s where we can help.
Andrew Goddard Associates have worked as CDM Coordinators under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and since the CDM Regulations 2015 changes came in to force, as CDM Advisers to both Clients and Principal Designers.
We have acted as CDM Advisers on projects ranging from redecoration works for the University of London and shop fit outs in most of the country’s major airports to complete new builds including an £5000million residential towers.
As well as Client and Principal Designer Advisers, Andrew Goddard Associates offer Construction Phase Plans, Full Site Management Systems, Site Inspections, Health and Safety Policies and E-learning Courses as part of our service.
