We can Design and Manufacture your Packaging using Corrugated, Foam and Plastic Corrugated.
In our Ontario/Tijuana Locations we process the following Materials:
1.-Corrugated
2.-Plastic Corrugated
3.- Crosslink – EVA Foam all densities.
4.- Expanded/Extruded Polystyrene Foam all Densities, straight cuts/fabrication/molded. Geofoam/Fire Retardadant
5.- Polyethylene Foam, Poly-Lam, Etha Foam and Extruded PE all Densities.
6.- Urethanes Foam all grades. 7.- We can apply PSA to all foam & Corrugated.
8.- We can apply Velvet “ Also known as flock “ to Urethane surfaces.
9.- We can glue any foam to corrugated.
10.- We can glue any Foam to plastic corrugated.
11.- We can insert foam into box and send product ready for costumers use. 12.- Neoprene Foam - UL Approved
13.- Ester Foams all densities.
