About AOTI - Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland
AOTI is the professional body for Occupational Therapists in the Republic of Ireland. The AOTI provides national leadership to its members and works on behalf of its members with the best interest of the profession and service users in mind. These are some of the ways we achieve our objectives:
- Promoting the Occupational Therapy Profession and the benefits of OT services
- Advocacy & Representation to positively influence health policy and service development
- Accreditation of OT Programmes in Ireland
- Validation of Foreign OT Qualifications
- Supporting the establishment of Statutory Registration
- Contribution to HSE National Clinical Programmes & National Workforce Planning
- International Representation including COTEC, ENOTHE and WFOT
