About Asia-Pacific Cardiovascular Disease Alliance

The Asia-Pacific Cardiovascular Disease Alliance (APAC CVD Alliance) is a multisectoral, multistakeholder coalition dedicated to improving heart health by elevating public and policy awareness of cardiovascular health at domestic and regional forums in Asia.

We adopt a patient-centered approach across the care continuum of early detection, prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and step-down care.

We will build multidisciplinary partnerships with patients, healthcare professionals, academics, nonprofits, implementation partners and industry, to advocate for increased CVD care innovations in all Asia-Pacific health systems.

Evidence-based research will underpin all that we do to promote better public and policy awareness in Asia.

Alliance strategic partners are the Asia-Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine, Global Alliance for Patient Access, Global Heart Hub and the Universiti Teknologi MARA Faculty of Medicine in Malaysia. Amgen, Novartis and Roche Diagnostics are corporate partners. ACCESS Health International Southeast Asia is the Alliance secretariat based in Singapore.
