About Apartment Association of Greater Dallas
The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas is made up of a wide variety of businesses, including the rental property owners and management companies, with more than 2,600 properties representing over 575,000 units in the eleven counties in the north Texas area, as well as 700 companies that provide professional services and quality products to the property owners and management companies.
The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas has provided professional services since 1959 for the rental housing industry. AAGD is the only local association that is specifically dedicated to the advancement of its members within the apartment industry. AAGD can provide legislative representation, education and information you need to thrive in a more competitive environment.
AAGD's 1,000 owner/management members and 635 product and service supplier members represent more than 495,000 apartment homes in more than 1,890 apartment communities, or more than 85 percent of Dallas area apartments.
As a trade association, AAGD is dedicated to promoting professionalism in the apartment industry. AAGD seeks for membership only those companies that will perpetuate integrity in a field devoted to providing quality living for all apartment residents. All AAGD members must agree to abide by the association's code of ethics as a condition of membership.
