APEX - America's Property Expo

APEX, America’s Property Exhibition, is a U.S. based international real estate and investment platform designed to accelerate cross-border partnerships and FDI by connecting developers, brokers, agencies, investors, and government stakeholders with active buyers and decision makers.

Organised by MIE Group and MIE Events, with 25+ years of global event delivery and 110+ international exhibitions across markets, APEX was launched in 2024 and successfully hosted two editions in New York and Miami, welcoming participation from 15+ countries.

As global real estate exceeds USD 400 trillion and residential real estate is projected to grow from USD 11.67 trillion in 2025 to USD 25.82 trillion by 2034, APEX provides a direct platform to showcase projects, build pipelines, and convert global capital interest into real outcomes in the United States.
