APEX is a patient-driven pharmaceutical company focused on optimizing the standard of mental health care with psilocybin by bringing data supported, clinically evaluated drugs to market for depression and anxiety in PTSD. APEX has two GMP Certified drug assets. APEX-52 is microdose synthetic psilocybin for clinical evaluation, currently in active phase 2b trials, and APEX-25 is the company’s macro dose drug asset, developed for in-clinic dosing with assisted psychotherapy. APEX recently launched North America’s first take-home psilocybin trial, and received approval for the world’s largest psilocybin clinical trial to-date both evaluating APEX-52 in the treatment of anxiety and depression in diagnosed PTSD.
