About APIX Platform
APIX is the world’s first collaborative innovation platform, that empowers Financial Institutions (FIs) to dramatically accelerate their innovation journey.
It enables FIs to rapidly search for, discover, evaluate and test innovative solutions from thousands of fintechs from 100 countries. With its sandbox and API marketplace capabilities, it is purpose-built to transform and simplify the collaboration journey between FIs and fintechs, through a bespoke white-label innovation platform, innovation challenges and hackathons.
The platform was initially launched in 2018 by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
It later became a commercial entity in late 2022, with its headquarters in Singapore and investors which include the LemmaTree Group (founded by Temasek) and Mastercard.
