Apollo Hospitals Guwahati (AHG) is a joint venture between Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd (AHEL) and Assam Hospitals Ltd. (AHL) wherein AHEL has acquired 51% stake in AHL thereby opening its first unit in North-eastern part of India.
