About Apollo SHINE Foundation Official
Six years ago, looking at the decreasing ages for the incidences of NCDs like Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancers… Apollo Hospitals decided to do something for the student community. Something that would be more effective. And something that would be in sync with the needs of present-day parents, teachers, and of course students.
The goal is to make inroads into student psyche and impress upon them the importance of health, healthcare, and the implications of lifestyle choices though an involved on-campus program.
So while a popular saying goes: it takes a village to bring up a child; we at Apollo SHINE believe that sometimes it takes a child to save a village!
And thus SHINE was born.
Today the Apollo SHINE Foundation is a not-for-profit initiative by the Apollo Hospitals groups that focuses on Campus Health in more than 100 schools and colleges in India, with utmost care and sincerity.
Together, Let's Keep India Healthy!!
