The Academic Pipeline Project offers a portfolio of solutions and services built on a unique strength-based inventory/assessment tool to contextualize, frame and assess diversity, equity and inclusion programming, policies/procedures, curriculum, and educational initiatives to support institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, and industry.

We provide members (i.e. students, faculty, staff, parents, employees, administrators) awareness of initiatives at all levels of the pipeline and disciplines, connects initiatives through a clearinghouse of programs, events, and policies, and deep dive into the best practices of what DEI initiatives do.
