Appellation Healdsburg is a culinary-first resort in Sonoma County, founded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger. Everything we do starts with three questions: Does this honor the people who live and work here? Does it celebrate this place? Does it connect guests to the food, wine, and craft that make wine country what it is?

The word "appellation" means to give a name to a place, and Healdsburg has earned its designation as one of California's most celebrated culinary destinations. We're here to amplify that, not replicate it somewhere else.
