Approved Consultant Services Limited (ACS) is a specialist surveying and risk engineering practice to the TIC sector and LDi A-rated insurance markets.

Through many years of refinement and a commitment to championing quality, assurance and compliance in niche market sectors, ACS has been successful in becoming one of the UK’s leading Warranty Latent Defect / Inherent Defect (LDI) technical auditors and risk engineers to the A-rated insurance market.
ACS also provides a bespoke Clerk of Works service, as a stand-alone facility to developers, project managers and funders, this facility is able to be provided in conjunction with LDI A-rated insurance or as a separate compliance and quality assurance mechanism.
With in-house specialist teams that allow full life-cycle interaction from initial proposal and technical underwriting through to build-out and completion, ACS provides specialist technical expertise, administration and customer service on a national basis.
ACS head office is strategically situated in London’s West End with further regional offices in central Manchester.
ACS provides its expertise on a UK national basis, including the British Isles (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, off Mainland UK and Ireland).
