Aqaar is a Government Public Corporation, founded by an Emiri Decree from the vision of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuami Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman. The company is the join union of Department of Private Properties formed in 1999 and The Real Estate Investments Public formed in 2002.
Our Mission:
To lead, reorganize and qualify the Real Estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
Our Vision:
To work as a leading and a competent establishment to develop the real estate sector in the Emirate by:
• Developing the investments climate and to adopt the best practices and international directions in performing and managing the real estate projects.
• Promoting the business structure and the infrastructure in the Emirate.
• Increasing the contributions of the real estate sector in achieving the sustainable structural and economic plans of the Emirate.
