**Aqua Star Network – Connecting Watersports Across Europe**
Aqua Star Network is a European distribution and brand-building agency for premium gear in diving, freediving, open water swimming, SUP, surf and related watersports. Based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, we support a growing network of 160+ retailers across 12 countries.
Our mission: connect authentic, innovative watersports brands with the people who live for the water.
From deep dives to SUP yoga, from rescue work to remote expeditions, from outdoor swimming to surfing, we bring together trusted products, deep knowledge, and strong partnerships to support professionals, retailers, and enthusiasts.
**What we do**
We actively represent and grow the brands we believe in. With warehouse, showroom, and office in one place, our multilingual team (Dutch, English, French, German) offers:
* A powerful B2B portal with live stock and order history
* Local agents and fast personal support
* Regional marketing and in-store activations
We build brands long-term, not transactionally. We help define positioning, tone of voice and go-to-market strategies. From trade shows to road trips and demo days, we help brands make a splash.
Our strength lies in our network: personal, professional, and growing. We work with dive shops, surf stores, outdoor retailers and lifestyle boutiques who share our passion and values.
