About Aquifer
Aquifer develops trusted, award-winning virtual case-based courses for health professions students. Created by educators for educators and aligned with national standards, Aquifer’s courses enhance clinical knowledge and reasoning skills. Our proprietary learning management system, Aqueduct, provides 24/7 access to learning.
As a mission-driven non-profit, Aquifer advances health care education through innovative virtual teaching methods. Used by 92% of U.S. allopathic and 67% of U.S. osteopathic medical schools, along with various PA, nurse practitioner, and international programs, our evidence-based courses are continually updated by a consortium of over 200 health care educators.
Courses include: Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, Neurology, and Radiology. Assessments offered are the Clinical Decision Making Exam, Aquifer Calibrate, and PracticeSmart. Our Integrated Illness Scripts cover 40+ key conditions for core clinical rotations.
