About ARBO Pompen en Filters B.V.
ARBO Pompen en Filters BV is a privately owned and managed Dutch company with in-house Design, Manufacturing and International Sales of non metallic centrifugal pumps and filters. The company was founded by Arnold van den Born (ARBO). The second generation Martijn van den Born is CEO and leading the technological developments in both production and product design.
The corrosion resistant pumps and filters are commonly used in areas where conventional materials will fail or are unsuitable for various reasons. Typical applications are for example: Hot tub galvanising, Anodising, Plating, Production of micro-electronics, Semi-conductors and Solar systems, Waste water treatment, Fish farms, Sea water aquaria, Desalination plants, Fume scrubbers, Shale gas treatment, Chemical storage and loading etc.
Since 1954 ARBO has established a well known worldwide reputation for its engineered plastic pumps strainers and process filters. All parts are in house manufactured using high tech multi-axis milling and CNC machining technology. Since all products are made from solid base materials (instead of injection moulded parts) an extremely high quality is achieved. Common used materials are Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinylidenfluoride (PVDF) but basically any engineered plastic may be used to match with the best chemical resistant pump solution. The ARBO quality reflects on a rigid construction, high performance and efficiency with user benefits like low Cost Of Ownership, low Return of Investment and long Mean Time Between Failures.
Besides a full range of standard pumps and materials, ARBO’s R&D department is able to meet special customer requirements.
ARBO Pompen en Filters BV is Det Norsk Veritas NEN-EN-ISO ISO 9001-2015 and TÜV DVS-2212-1 certified. All pumps and filters are available via a worldwide distribution network of qualified distributors, agents and service partners.
