At Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective we believe in putting our values first. Our ABA practice uses assent-based procedures and compassion drives our relationships with families and clients. We are committed to understanding the individuals we serve and their motivations so that we can be part of the team that helps them reach their goals. All treatment is individualized to meet the needs of the client and their care givers, evidence-based, and chosen with our values at the forefront. We are data driven to ensure that progress is measurable and socially significant with a focus on skill building. We believe in working collaboratively with all members of our client’s team including their care givers and other providers. When we work together, we can reach new horizons!
