ARCS

Funded by Norad, ARCS is a collaboration between Consortium partners - NORCAP, the Development Fund, the Norwegian Research Centre (NORCE), the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) - and partners in Ethiopia and Malawi – Department of Climate Change and Meteorological Services (DCCMS), Malawi, Ethiopian Meteorological Institute (EMI), Ministry of Agriculture in Ethiopia and Malawi, local organisations, Food and Agricultural Organisation to the UN (FAO), World Food Programme (WFP), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), national research institutes and universities.
