Arete

Arete is a platform focused on promoting diversity in the renewable energy and green infrastructure sectors. Our members are women, youth, people of colour and LGBTQ+ folks. We connect renewable energy professionals across Africa by offering a safe space to network, collaborate and grow. We offer renewable energy courses and on-demand learning opportunities to help you build your knowledge of the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Our training uses a peer-to-peer learning approach, where we have by experts in the field share their hands-on experience, fostering an environment of knowledge exchange. Our goal is to provide access to job opportunities in the renewable energy space by ensuring knowledge transfer, as well as to support growth to leadership positions in the industry.
