Argil Group

Shri Amarshibhai Prajapati, from humble beginnings as a potter's son in Sultanpur, built the Argil Group into a global ceramic brand. Starting with roofing tiles in 1952, he overcame numerous challenges to create durable Mangalore tiles. His vision and relentless determination led to the founding of Prajapat Tiles Company and the establishment of individual profit centers for his brothers. In 1999, he launched the ARGIL brand, renowned for its high-quality wall tiles. Continuing innovation, Argil introduced India's first Quartz Stone unit in 2010, solidifying its place as a leader in the ceramic industry.
