Overview

About Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI)

Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) is a self-sustaining division of the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR). Our work is centered on building safer communities by creating real workforce opportunities for incarcerated individuals.

Inside Arizona’s state correctional facilities, ACI runs modern production and service programs where individuals gain hands-on training, practical experience, and job skills that can support a successful return to the community.

From printing and furniture manufacturing to metal fabrication, signage, vehicle wraps, and supplemental labor, ACI provides high-quality products and services to government agencies, nonprofits, and business partners across Arizona.

At our core, we exist to reduce recidivism, strengthen Arizona’s workforce, and deliver meaningful value to the communities we serve.
