At the Arizona Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training, we know that many mental health professionals feel that their graduate school training was inadequate to prepare them for the many challenges of clinical practice. We also realize that most of the offerings for training post-graduation are sorely lacking in helping to create new skills and to effectively hone emerging ones.
