Arkansas Total Care, a Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) founded in 2014, is a Medicaid health plan that provides health solutions to beneficiaries with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health (BH) needs.
