Az Art is Business már régóta figyelemmel kíséri az építőipar és ingatlanszektor működését és kapcsolódásait a kultúra tükrében. A nemzetközi és hazai szereplők egyre jobban figyelnek a különböző előírásokra, betartják a CSR, ESG riportálásokat, igyekeznek élhető és fenntartható életközösségéket teremteni.
Ugyanakkor a művészettel kapcsolatban valamiért a többség szkeptikus: felmerül a kérdés, hogy miért és mire jó, ha ez a terület megjelenik a gondolkodásunkban és mindennapjainkban. A kérdés jogos, hisz valóban nehéz a hatását egyenes skálán mérni, de ha nyitottan állunk hozzá és meg akarjuk érteni, mitől kell és lehet is a területet valódi financiális értékként kezelni, megváltozhat a helyzet.
Ezért hoztuk létre kifejezetten az építőipar, ingatlanszektor és építész világ számára az ArkForumot, amely a művészet jól „felhasználhatóságáról” és értékállóságáról szól a tervezőasztaltól a kivitelezésen és megvalósulásán át, a felhasználásig.

The art community of the construction and real estate sector. - From the design table to implementation. -
Art is Business has been monitoring the operation and connections of the construction and real estate sectors in the light of culture for a long time. International and domestic players pay more and more attention to various regulations, comply with CSR and ESG reporting, and strive to create livable and sustainable living communities.
At the same time, for some reason, the majority is skeptical about art: the question arises as to why and for what it is good if this area appears in our thinking and everyday life. The question is legitimate, because it is really difficult to measure its impact on a straight scale, but if we are open-minded and want to understand why the area should and can be treated as a real financial value, the situation can change.
