ARLLS is an executive-level leadership development curriculum which has been specifically tailored for young people. This programme boosts students’ employability, expands their networks through the creation of community and sharpens their leadership abilities via active learning and participation. We are working towards a future in which young people are empowered with knowledge, confidence and skills to become effective leaders. Armed with knowledge previously only available to managers and executives, ARLLS graduates are leading contenders for top international jobs.
