From humble beginnings to Copenhagen's largest hotel chain - Arp-Hansen Hotel Group has grown in size and ambition since 1960, when it all began with an inn in Gentofte. Today, Arp-Hansen Hotel Group has 21% of the room capacity in Copenhagen and has 70+ meeting and conference rooms and a congress hall.
Arp-Hansen Hotel Group cultivates diversity - both when it comes to our hotels and employees. Each hotel has its own unique history, resulting in individual expressions, just like our guests and employees. Arp-Hansen Hotel Group consists of privately owned and centrally located hotels that include: Phoenix Copenhagen, 71 Nyhavn Hotel, Copenhagen Strand, Imperial Hotel, The Square, Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, Copenhagen Island, Gentofte Hotel and Wakeup Copenhagen Hotels as well as Copenhagen's two luxury hostels, Steel House Copenhagen and Next House Copenhagen.
