ARTEXIM is a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Culture.

ARTEXIM applies the cultural program of the Ministry of Culture, in accordance with the European standards imposed by the institution’s affiliation to the International Federations and Associations in its domain of activity.

ARTEXIM is the organizer of the George Enescu International Festival and the George Enescu International Competition.
