About Arthur Energy Africa

Arthur Energy Africa (AEA), formerly known as Arthur Energy Advisors, is a Mauritius-registered specialist energy firm focusing on the development of energy infrastructure and related activities in Africa.

AEA originally started as Arthur Energy Advisors in Accra, Ghana in 2001 and grew into a multi-award-winning energy consultancy which was formed as a response to the growing professional business advisory needs in the energy sector across Africa resulting from fundamental changes in the industry's environment due to deregulation, private sector participation, technology change as well as the need for major infrastructural developments..

AEA has over 22 years of experience working across all parts of the energy value chain (from generation, transmission, distribution, fuel supply, and related value chains) and with all types of energy stakeholders including regulators, public and private entities, lenders, investors, diplomatic and aid organizations on varied assignments including project preparation, policy and strategy advisory, master plans, rural electrification, sector regulation, RE integration, power plant development, regional interconnection, and cross border projects.

Our highly experienced team primarily delivers AEA’s services and project development activities. We collaborate with other experts and institutions to generate the desired results for our clients, projects, and undertakings.
