At Artichoke, we’ve always loved great design — and since Chris launched the business in 2008, that passion has taken us from modest domestic projects to some of the most ambitious and complex schemes across the South East.

Today, our work spans £2m+ contemporary new-build homes, £8m+ mixed-use farm redevelopments, and specialist projects in healthcare and education.

We operate confidently in the Green Belt, conservation areas, flood zones, and with a particular passion for listed buildings, while coordinating expert design teams to deliver well considered projects.

Despite that growth, the threads that have guided us from day one remain exactly the same:
