About A Seat At The Table
About A Seat At The Table (ASATT)
At A Seat At The Table (ASATT), we connect the next generation of talent with the leaders shaping our world.
Founded in Belgium, ASATT is an award-winning non-profit organization that gives young professionals, students, and ambitious talents (16-32 years old) access to networks, knowledge, and opportunities that would otherwise remain out of reach.
Every week, ASATT organizes exclusive CEO Round Tables — intimate conversations with CEOs, ministers, ambassadors, and industry leaders from business, politics, and civil society. These sessions aren’t just about listening — they’re about asking questions, building connections, and opening doors.
But ASATT is more than round tables. We offer a full ecosystem for talent development:
→ leadership workshops
→ mentoring programs
→ career days
→ international study trips
→ company visits at multinationals
→ networking events with decision-makers
In just 6 years, ASATT has organized over 1,400 events in Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Paris, London, New York, Seoul and Tokyo — welcoming more than 1,200 leading speakers and collaborating with 800+ organizations.
Our partners include companies like Google, Microsoft, McKinsey, Coca-Cola, BASF, J&J, Pfizer, PwC and institutions such as the European Commission, the U.S. Embassy, Vlerick Business School and many more.
ASATT also manages Belgium’s largest non-commercial community of students, young professionals, and jobseekers — counting over 17,000 members.
Driven by one mission — access changes everything — we help young talent unlock their potential and build the skills, mindset and networks to thrive in a fast-changing world.
