Ascendence Health Services is a community-focused behavioral health provider dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

We partner with organizations that serve vulnerable populations, including assisted living communities, nursing facilities, homeless shelters, and community providers; to bring behavioral health services directly to the individuals who need them most. Our team works alongside caregivers and community leaders to strengthen the support systems surrounding those facing mental health challenges.

Ascendence provides a full range of behavioral health services, including individual counseling, group therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), psychiatric medication management, case management, and peer support. Our psychiatric services are led by a board-certified psychiatrist and delivered by experienced psychiatric nurse practitioners, ensuring safe and personalized treatment.
