Responsibilities

Job Description:

Provide secretarial and clerical support to the medical practitioners and management
Maintain and follow up medical and medico-legal reports and correspondence
Manage and coordinate travel arrangement and schedule
Coordinate and prepare meeting schedule, agenda and minutes
Ensure proper record filing and document updated in a timely manner
Participate and assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Diploma Holder or above with 3 years of experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Medical Clerk.
Work experience in clinic/hospital would be an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese. Proficient in Mandarin
A good team player who is well organised and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and be attentive to details
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Immediately available is preferred
