About Asiana Alternative Investment Fund
Asiana Alternative Investment Fund is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with effect from November 07, 2022. The sponsor of the fund is Mr. Jalaj Dani (one of the promoters of Asian Paints Ltd., India’s largest paint company and amongst the top 10 coatings companies in the world). The Investment Manager is Ambit Wealth Private Limited.
Asiana has ventured into investments at all stages – early stage, growth, and listed entities. It has invested in businesses ranging from robotics, drones and health-tech, to home improvement, infrastructure, educational games and logistics.
Asiana is agnostic to business models and will invest in B2B, B2B2C, B2C, D2C as well as Platforms and Marketplaces should they meet the criteria of its investment strategy.
Asiana is a firm believer that value gets created over time and invests with the conviction of staying invested for a long period of time. The fund believes in building deep relationships, engaging regularly with partners, and encouraging open conversations with all stakeholders.
