About Ask Fosca, Your US Insider in Italy
Following an over two-decade career in study abroad at Stanford University, in spring 2023 I pivoted from academia to entrepreneurship and launched Ask Fosca.
For years I mentored and advised generations of students and crafted for them, as well as for alumni, faculty, prime ministers, diplomats, and business leaders, seamless and once-in-a-lifetime experiences and adventures throughout the peninsula.
Now I offer my services to you.
A connoisseur of Italy, I design bespoke itineraries for those itching to embark on transformative journeys whether they be for a week, a month, a year or forever.
I specialize in Italy relocation and expat coaching. As a US expat mom, I understand the needs of expats, digital nomads, expat families and, of course, students of all ages.
I am available to support and help you every step of the way, and after having lived in Italy for over 25 years, I have built up an impressive personal and professional network into which I will welcome you.
I host a podcast, 15 with Fosca, that takes you on a journey to contemporary Italy and, through a plurality of voices, offers insights into Italian culture today and prepares you, in a meaningful way, for your time here.
The podcast features authentic stories from Italy in real time and strives to create and build a sense of community across space and borders through conversations about what’s going on in Italian society right now.
