About Asociatia CAPACE CU SUFLET
The association aims to implement activities, programs and projects to educate children and society in general towards protecting the environment and encouraging volunteering in social projects.
In one sentence: Asociatia CAPACE CU SUFLET gives a new meaning to plastic bottle caps. In four easy steps: 1. thousands bighearted people collect HDPE and PP plastic caps from various products2. we sell them to companies specialized in waste management3. the amount of money is multiplied by donations 4. we make donations gradually, to various humanitarian causes suggested by those involved in the project. You should think that these donations substitute an individual donation that someone would like to make to a case in his community or that he has heard about (it can be a neighbour, a child from kindergarten / school, someone from the grandparents' village, etc.).
We only collect the bottle caps because the volume / weight ratio is very good and they can be more easily stored and transported than other more voluminous objects. Also this type of plastic can be recycled multiple times.
Cumulatively, within the project, so far we have collected more than 23 tons of plastic bottle caps and we have donated over 37,000 lei to different causes to support the families' efforts to improve the difficult situation.Â
