Aspire Academy

Aspire Academy is a driving force behind the Orange high-performance rugby program. As an official 'accelerator' within the Oranje Pathway, we work closely with Rugby Netherlands, Rugby Academies and a broad network of (inter)national partners. Together we support players, coaches and rugby professionals to excel and take Dutch rugby to an international top level.

Our mission consists of three spearheads: Drive / Operate / Spread:
1. Drive Talent Acceleration for National and International Success Stories - Together with our internationally skilled staff and partners, we develop and support the next generation of rugby talent for national teams and international careers.
2. Operate the Platform for High-Performance Coaches and Trainers - Aspire provides a powerful platform where coaches and trainers can grow, develop and access full-fledged career opportunities.
3. Spread the Values of Rugby - We bring the core values of rugby – Respect, Discipline, Passion, Perseverance and Camaraderie – to other sports and society, making the magic of rugby accessible to a wider audience.
