Our founder, Dr Ivan Bakaltchev, is a former NHS consultant psychiatrist who saw the need for a new approach to mental health care. He envisioned a seamless and supportive service across multiple disciplines, and that's exactly what we strive to provide. Our team is made up of highly trained and deeply committed mental health care professionals who work together closely to provide flexible, holistic, and effective support to our clients throughout their journey. Our team includes a consultant psychiatrist, consultant GP, clinical psychologist, CQC registered managers, team leaders, and support workers.
