The Vision - EMpower the aspiring emergency manager to discover and pursue a path to a fulfilling career in emergency management, so that they can establish their own unique marks on the world. The Mission - Educate and support the aspiring emergency manager as they explore and further understand one's autonomy, career opportunities, gain valuable experience, and develop as a professional.
