About Assael Architecture
We're an award-winning London-based practice providing a cohesive suite of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and visualisation services both in the UK and abroad. We work across a range of sectors, including hospitality, commercial and masterplanning, and specialise in residentially-led mixed-use schemes.
We have a tenacious, analytical and contextual approach to architecture, and design homes across all tenures, from private-for-sale, private-for-rent, including ‘Build to Rent’ through to low-cost, shared-equity and social-rented affordable homes. We approach all our work from the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainable design, and often integrate uses from the leisure, retail and cultural industries to help deliver thriving communities.
We realise the potential of complicated sites in sensitive locations, especially in urban areas. We have many years’ experience both in refurbishment of listed buildings and the implementation of new build developments on redundant or brownfield sites.
