About Assembly Norfolk
Assembly is an iconic building campus for creators and innovators. Tenants and members range from global category leaders to aspiring startups, freelancers, and remote workers.
The campus features inspiring common spaces and shared amenities designed to connect and empower its community — think rooftop deck, event space, recording room, mother’s room, boardroom, and more. We also host curated programming and events, helping foster new connections and spark new ideas to build tomorrow’s industries in the 757.
MEMBERSHIP - Available for both individuals and companies, featuring flexible workspace, meeting space, event access, and a like-minded community.
OFFICE & RETAIL SPACE - We have limited space available in our first phase (currently 85% leased) with additional space coming online in phase two.
EVENT & MEETING RENTALS - Our rooftop deck, event space, and boardroom meeting space are all available to rent for business or private functions.
Assembly is an adaptive reuse of three historic department store buildings. The first phase opened in May 2021, and construction of phase two begins in 2023.
