Assessment Services Ltd is an International company with over twenty years of experience in assessment and accreditation. We are committed to ensuring our assessment process adds value to organisations being accredited by Assessment Services. Our philosophy is summed up as:

We are part of only four assessment centres assessing for the Customer Service Excellence Standard on behalf of the UK Government. In addition we assess a range of standards in different industry sectors as well as deliver SFEDI qualifications, including the Service Champion Level 5 Programme.
We aim to be a boutique assessment centre that is customer focused through our network of specialist Assessors. We have a track record of working in both the private and public sector with organisations of various sizes. We have led the way in the industry in using technology to make assessments customer friendly and valuable to our customers.
