Assisted Independence is a new Type-32 Medicaid provider for individuals with the Family Support Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver (CIHW). We provide the following services:

Day Habilitation (DHI)
Participant Assistance & Care (PAC)
Residential Habilitation and Supports (RH10)
Respite Care Services (RSPO)
Recreational Therapy (RETH)
