A Associação Portuguesa de Medicina Geral e Familiar (APMGF) é uma associação socioprofissional forte e interveniente que marcou de forma decisiva a criação e evolução da Medicina Geral e Familiar (MGF) em Portugal, contribuindo com ideias e soluções inovadoras que dignificaram a Associação e desenvolveram a MGF.
Conta com mais de 40 anos de atividade e cerca de 4000 sócios Internos e Especialistas em MGF, com a ambição de que cada vez mais médicos de família possam unir-se a este projeto.
Tem como principais objetivos moldar o futuro da MGF, continuar a contribuir para a qualidade dos cuidados oferecidos aos utentes e pugnar pelas condições de exercício de todos os Médicos de Família em Portugal.
The Portuguese Association of General and Family Medicine (APMGF) is an active socio-professional association which decisively shaped the creation and evolution of General and Family Medicine in Portugal, contributing with ideas and innovative solutions that propelled Family Medicine forward.
It has more than 40 years of remarkable achievements, around 4000 Family Medicine Residents and Specialists as members and aiming to recruit an even greater number of family doctors to join its ranks.
Its main objectives include framing the future of Family Medicine, continue to contribute to the quality of care offered to patients and uphold the improvement of working conditions for all Family Doctors in Portugal.
